Leythos Warning..

Someone appears to be posting in this newsgroup as Leythos. I don't
think the person doing this is the real Leythos. Perhaps the real
Leythos will be able to clear this up.

The person posing as Leythos has repeated the same suggestion many times
and the suggestion doesn't fit the post being replied to.

"You need to format your hard drive and reinstall windows."

None of the replies show the necessity to format and reinstall.

Yeah, it's the resident bottom-feeding bass-turd of course. Fortunately
most recognize his smell the instant he enters a room and for the
newbies participants just keep on letting them know about its (the
poser) sociopathic, powerless habits and lack of value to the world in
general.

Other than being pointed out to newbies I think it should be completely
ignored and allowed to starve to death but that doesn't seem to fit the
MO of some here; they just keep feeding it.

pcbutts1, aka The Real Truth [MVP], and her other monikers are known to
be from the same poster that proselytizes her web site that contains
stolen software that she claims is hers and often posts malicious
"solutions". She also professes that she is an MVP which she is not nor
ever will be. Because she desperately wants recognition as an MVP, she
pretends to be another MVP. Before it was PA Bear. I think David
Lipman got so honored. Repeatedly it is Leythos not because he is an
MVP but because he is on a crusade to notify innocents about her. She
impersonates others because she has no respect and doesn't deserve any.
So she attempts to usurp someone else's respect or to smear them in a
vain attempt to elevate her monikers. That she retaliates through
impostering isn't a big surprise. It's not exactly a new tactic for
her. It you can't beat or equal them then smear them: that's her modus
operandi. She is so inane that she can't even manage to get the headers
right when trying to imposter anyone.

Leythos posts from Astraweb. This Leythos imposter posts from Teranews.
Both are 3rd tier services through the Highwinds, a Usenet provider.
The real Leythos posts uses MicroPlanet. The imposter used Windows
Mail. There are other headers she can't manage to imitate correctly.

Too funny.. you fail on every point in your own list, especially 'false
identity'.

Your download page is a re-direction from a URL which has no affiliation
with anything MVP, you use two graphics on your page, neither of which you
have gained through the proper channels, and the picture is most definitely
NOT a likeness of you.

False identity? LOL

Some of your downloads include utilities already found in Windows, and the
rest are work done by other individuals.

How about you put up a direct link to your MVP profile. When you do that, I
will do the same. Then we will see which one of us is making false claims.

Yes I noticed; no big deal Peter, but thanks for notifying me anyway.
The time it (formerly s/h/e/it) wastes on me is all the less time he
has to libel and irk the people that such things bother or can matter
to. These days he's at least only a danger to himself and newbies, who
are being kept fairly well up to date I hope, assuming they can tell
feces from candy.
You know, since he's also libelling MS collaterally with his fake MVP
status et al, it'd be nice to see if MS were interested in a couple of
well placed subponeas served to his IPs and seeing that he never touches
a keyboard again. It's going to meet a pretty unpleasant end, no matter
how one looks at it.

I still say the best thing would still be to let it starve for lack of
feeding. It just amazes me how many people cannot just plain ignore
something as unpleasant as it is. Talk about it if they wish, but never
address it in any way. It'd release a final salvo or two and disappear
reasonably soon. Or would have, had I not said that where it can see my
words. Shhh, dont' tell him! <g>

If it wasn't that Butts has pirated code from people that are respected
in the community, posted pornographic material links about them and
others, even created a website in my name, and constantly stalks myself
and others via his sig, he would be left alone.....

No bad deed should go unpunished.

Turning your back on a problem won't make it go away. All we can do is
smack it when it pops up. And wait for the next time it pops back up to
smack it again. It's not for you and me, it's for the people that don't

LOL, he's said that he's going to keep doing it and that no person can
stop him and that nothing can be done about it.

He's really showing the community and potential users of his pirated
warez just how unethical and how immature he is.

Well, it could go so far as to rate prison time. It could be
blacklisted amongst ISPs. It could drop dead of a heart attack. One can
always hope.
