lexmark3350 as a fax

SO- I bought the 350 which didn't have the fax stuff on it ie the
handset/touch pad and send fax sometimes pops up on my screen when I enter
"print"command---do I have a fax or don't I? and if yes how do it work?
 
Any Fax functions involved with the 3350 would require driver software from
Lexmark, Windows XP Fax has no ability to use a multifunction printer device
to send or receive faxes. If Fax shows up in Printers and Faxes, you
probably have the XP Fax service installed. In order to use it, you must
have an Analog Fax modem installed/connected to your PC and a standard
telephone line connected to the modem. If you have both of these items,
