Lexmark-Z55 Printer Problems

Using the wizard to install my Z55 Printer, it only went so far, couldn't find the driver ( already in the cd player), and also said that it could find the hardware for the printer. yet, in another moment it FOUND the printer..
ANY HELP would be appreciated
 
Is this the latest driver compatible with XP? If not you need to down load
the driver for XP at the printers web site. If they have a compatible
driver? When and if you get the driver, install driver first without
printer being connected to computer first.

This driver package CJXP55SE.EXE for xp, win2000, and win2003 or CJ9X55LE.exe for Win98 and Me from http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi should be of some help in getting your printer installed. Be sure to follow all the instructions on the website for installation

do not use the wizard to install the printer, try to download a driver from drivers.lexmark.com.
