Howdy all.
Helping a local non-profit grp with their computer issues.
They were donated a Lexmark Z52 color printer which is connected to an HP
box running XP Home. They are reporting that when they print in color they
see a little red but no blue nor green on the paper.
Unfortunately, can't tell you the condition of the cartridge but it was
recently acquired and have no idea if in fact, they have just run out of ink
Any ideas? Have searched Google for tips. One in particular that was
interesting dealt with "adjusting" the alignment lines and thus color amount
(?) but the responded indicated that now the colors were lousy (?).
Any tips on how this is actually done?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
Rey
