I have Windows XP Pro. The Z32 was printing but suddenly
stopped. The start and feed buttons flash on and off all
the time and it will not feed paper. I have shut the
printer off for about 10 seconds and turned it back on.
That didn't work. I've unplugged the printer and then
plugged it back in. That didn't work. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled the printer. That didn't work. I need help.

Possibly there is a piece of paper or something blocking the paper feed
path. In so far as possible, inspect and see what can be done to clean out
anything found.

I have a Z32 that I got for free along with another piece of hardware.
It seems to be worth only slightly more than I paid for it. When mine
gets into a similar state to that you describe, I can't even turn it off
-- I have to pull the plug. I think the only thing that works is to
threaten to replace it with a HP (and unplug it and leave it alone for
at least a minute).

I had one once. A friend also both one at the same time. After a while, we
had a brief ceremony and gave them to his son. Se likes seeing how things
work. Then we threw the parts he judged useless into the garbage. But that
was us at that time and place.
