lexmark x85 printer

I plug the device into the pc usb, the pc recognises it,
but whichever way i load the printer software when i come
to use the printer i get the message that the pc can't
communicate with it. Help!!

The printer software should be installed BEFORE ever connecting the printer
to the PC so you have some drivers in there now that are probably causing
problems.

Uninstall and reinstall using

Pay specific attention to the Lexmark paragraphs
