Currently I use a basic refill set from my local 'SAMS' store from:
http://www.stratitec.com/
1: Peal back label
2: Using injector remove a small amount of ink from each chamber of the
cartridge
3: Dump removed ink into trash
4: Remove plunger
5: Insert injector into cartridge chamber
6: Fill with 5cc of ink
7: _S_l_o_w_l_y_ replace plunger and inject about 4cc of ink or until a
small amount of ink comes out of top of cartridge
[DO NOT ALLOW ANY AIR TO BE INJECTED BACK INTO THE CARTRIDGE]
8: Using injector remove about 0.5 to 1cc of ink from cartridge to 'balance
internal pressure of cartridge.
9: Blot (with dry paper towel) print head till correct colors are displayed
10: Tape over cartridge holes.. leaving the end of venting channel open.
(I use old paper address label stock cut to size)
11: Reinstall into printer and run test pages.
12: Clean tools for use next time.
_B_U_T_!!
Due to these cartridges have a serial number your printer 'might not' show a
'new {refilled}' cartridge as being installed.... But at least on my X5250
it will keep printing after the LOW INK warning.

I have a Z816 printer. It uses the same 32/33 cartrdiges. Would you
mind share your experience on how you get your 32/33 catridges
refilled?

Lexmark X5250 W/18C0031/32/33 cartridges
OK .. The Lexmark 18C0031/32/33 cartridges refilled just fine and print
OK...
But the Lexmark X5250 uses automatic sensor to align the cartridges and I
can not get the printer to sense a "new" [refilled] cartridge as being
installed....
Do I need to do a "TAPE" trick like the some of the 'HP' cartridges? IF
so
how should it be taped?
This is all at the printer level [LCD Display] and not on the
computer/software driver level.
