LEXMARK X5150 does not print HYPERLINKS

I have a friend and he has the Lexmark X5150 and all of a sudden it will
print everything of a message, but not the Hyperlink.

It did work fine before and color level is OK.

What causes this?

For one possibility, running out of the ink colour(s) needed to print the
hyperlink. If you actually mean the contents of the hyperlink, rather than
the hyperlink itself, that's a different matter.
 
I said -- ink level Color and black is OK.

It is that the printer does not print the HYPERLINK itself.
