I have just put a X2350 printer on hold to pick up tomorrow. It was only
£29.99, so for an all-in-one that's pretty good and it has good write-ups.
Anyway, my question is, I have quite a few new replacement ink bottles which
i used to use for my old (now broken !) Canon printer. So what i was
wondering is if the X2350's ink tank is capable of being re-filled by the
user. I know it's an all-in-one cartridge (doesn't need black ink). I don't
want the ink to go to waste as i only got it a month ago.
Is the cartridge chipped in any way (like the Epson's) ?, can a small hole
be punctured into the Lexmark inktank for me to syringe ink into ?
I know people like PC World say you musn't refill your own printers (quality
or something !), but i have NEVER had any problems this way and i've been
re-filling my own ink for 8 years now.
