Lexmark printer doesn't print right

I recently wanted to print something with my printer, but when I tried the
colors were all wrong. When I wanted black all I get is gray with many
streaks, and the only color ink there was were yellow and red but no blue.

How can I print blue color again and print black so its solid?
I tried many maintainance options but they did nothing to help.

It sounds like your black is almost out and your Cyan (blue) is gone.
Replace the ink cartridges.

Before replacing ink cartridges, you might try cleaning the print heads
and the contacts between the cartridge and the carrier. Cheap-arsed
inkjet printers work best when used frequently; the ink dries out between
uses. (Voice of experience here -- I have four of those, from different
vendors, just in my house.)
