Lexmark Optra T616 Wrinkling Paper

I have a T616 that is wrinkling the paper after the ink has already
been fused to the paper. I it is only doing it every once in a while
but that is unacceptable to the users that would be using it. The
fuser unit was only a few days old when it started so I dont think
that the fuser is the problem.
 
Does this printer have a duplexer installed and, if so, does
it wrinkle when duplexing, not duplexing, or both?
 
No it does not have a duplexer installed on it.
