Lexmark: "Menus disabled"? How to dertermine physical address?

Hi,
I keep getting "Menus disabled" message written on the display, and
according to some info found on the net, I need to reset the printer
with printer utility on a PC client. When I start the client, I'm
supposed to enter the physical address of the printer - so he could
communicate with him - but I have no idea how to find out the address
of the printer? I found no sticker on the printer, doccumentation is
not accesable to me.

Which Model Lexmark? I presume a laser... Please specify.

Also - how is it connected to the computer?

Is it a network printer with it's own print server built in? If so, do you
have MarkVision set up?

This stuff all matters.
