Hi,
I've recently purchased a Lexmark Marknet N2001e network card to use
in our Lexmark W812 Laser Printer.
I have installed the card, but now when the printer is powered up I
now get a message:
"54 Network 1 Software Error"
I can press go on the printer and this message clears, however none of
the Networking features appear on the menu on the printer (as if the
card has not been recognised).
I am presuming this is not a hardware fault on the card (due to the
reference to a Software Error), but I may be wrong.
I have also come across references to firmware updates for the card,
but have been unable to locate these to download (both searching for
W812 (printer) and N2001e (card)).
Has anyone got the firmware for this card / printer ? The lexmark
website seems pretty useless for firmware for these particular models.
Any advise would be much apreciated.
