lexmark colorjet primter wom't print

I can't get my printer to work and I have gone through
all the windows troubleshooter steps. Can someone help me?
 
I have the same damn problem--works calender wont print and getting somewher with dell is like pulling teeth and talking to the taliban--sorry no good help
