A user at my workplace printed out a document on the above printer on legal size paper. It printed out with no problem. However, when printing anything after that, it gives an error showing that it is trying to take from the feeder tray instead of the normal paper tray. Whenever we hit CONTINUE it just goes back the same problem again.

Restarted and tried to go into paper settings to change settings. There is a 4 digit PIN locking me out. Our help desk people claim to have no clue how a PIN got on the printer or what it is. Tried some defaults like 0000 and 9999 and such with no luck.

Does anyone know to get around or unlock the pin?

I think your best bet would be to contact Lexmark about this, as there will probably be a way to unlock it (or to get the default pin #). 1234 and 0000 are the most popular ones, but if they don't work someone may have added their own.
