Lexmark 63 Printer

I cannot get my printer reinstalled since loading Microsoft Office. Keep
getting message that USB is unrecognised. Tried another USB and it would not
work either. Also got msg about no script or encryption or something on
driver disk. Can anyone help?

So what are you trying to say? The printer doesn't work in any USB ports?
Or that none of your USB ports are working? Do other USB devices besides
the printer work in any of your USB ports?

No idea what the message is about. Exact wording is? And it happens exactly
when?
