We Live For The One We Die For The One

Just need to know becuase i want to refill the colours.

And just want to put the right ammount in each one.

By the way which colour runs out first >??

Don't go by milliliters or any fixed quantity.

Instead, squirt enough ink until it starts to appear on the sponge in
the chamber. I've fmade countless fills of these cartridges as well
as the new #16 (Black) and the #26 (3-color) cartridges. I've only
ruined 2 cartrides, both black. The refill instructions for the color
ones say to slice off the top. With the black they say to drill a
hole in the top. Well, with a hole in the top, you can't see how much
you're putting in. They get overfilled and the ik starts dribbling
out of the nozzles on the bottom making a mess and not printing until
the mess is cleaned up and the ink lavel goes down. I suspect the ink
shorts out the contacts because I've got notification that the black
cartridge slot is empty when that happens. the cartridge will start
to print again after fiddling with it and wasting A LOT of paper.

After I ruined the second black cartridge on my expensive ($89) Z32, I
bought a more economical Z25 ($32). I have been filling the
cartrideges for several months now using the provided beginner
cartridges. Again everytime I put too much in the black and have
problems. Just yesterday the black cartridge went out and nothing
recovers it. I took the top off of it to see what I could see. I see
no reason one cannot refill the black by taking the top off of it. I
bought a replacement and will be waiting for it to empty to try to
fill it properly. Like I said, I have had no problems with filling
the color cartridges.

Rule Learned: Don't put ink in my measurement, but rather by
observation, instead.

Good luck.
