I find it quite unbelievable that for only a little broken plastic part that
hold the cartridge in place,Lexmark is telling me to scrap my new printer
and buy a new one. They say that they dont supply spare parts for certain
models of printers. What a wasteful corporate attitude. If you can help me
with this, please do so.In the meantime,i am trying to send the brain of
certain Lexmark poeples to the recycling shop.Thank you.

For once Lexmark gave excellent advice. Throw that piece of shit away
and buy a Canon, Epson, or HP printer. The advice buy a new one means
that. I think that the Canon IP4000 would be the best bet, provide the
best value, and arguably the best results.

Have to agree with measekite here -if Lexmark aren't going to support their
printers then don't support the company. Write them a snotty email too
telling them where they can stick their printers. Then sell it on eBay for
spares - some poor sod's bound to be in the same position.
