I problem happens when any operation is done.
There is no corruption of the database, or lack of system resources. Now
the communication with the library file I can not address.

I have tried the following:

Using Disk Management:
Removed the partition
Reinstalled a new partition without a problem
Formatted the drive

All if this didn't help.
Only other thing I can think of might be some firmware upgrade due a
manufacturing problem.

I have tried to find the model number of the unit, but it is not
available as the manufacturer suggests.
The only identification I find is "Lexarmedia 4O39RD".(And that is an
"O")

Would appreciate any ideas.
