We have a Canon Image Runner 6000 and we want to do a multi-page letter mail merge and then print the letters. The problem we are having is that we want the first page to be on letterhead and the rest of the pages not to be on letter head. For example, we want to do 10 letters with each letter being three pages. Therefore, we want every third page to be letter head. We put letterhead in Drawer 1 and plain paper in Drawer 2. We then want every third page to be pulled from Drawer 1. However, the printer and WORD 2000 will not let us do this. Instead the first page is from Drawer 1 letter and ALL the other pages are from Drawer 2

Please help!!!

There is code at the following link which might help:

Or, you can post your question to one of the newsgroups devoted to Word
issues; they all begin with "microsoft.public.word"
