Letterbox issues

When we are creating a movie in movie maker, everything works as we want it
to. There are movie clips, music, transitions and text overlays. When we
are publishing the movie, we are getting a green box on the bottom half of
the screen and the video is on top compressed top to bottom. The music, text
and movie are there, however this green box is appearing. Where can I fix
this so it stops happening? We deleted all text, and resaved the movie and
the bos did not disappear. HELP! Thanks!
