Why have you removed the facility to launch send this contact a letter from
within Outlook?
Now i have to go through the whole mail merge thing when creating 1 letter
to 1 client.
The previous facility was a lot quicker than having to search for a client
using the mail merge.
This takes about 4 times as long in which to create a
letter.
Why oh Why???
