In Access 2000 I've created a letter size report that runs on PCs for which
the default printer/default paper setting is legal. The report's "page
setup" settings are "letter" and "default printer" (because the report is
also run on other machines that use a different printer). But when users on
the machines whose default page size is legal run the report, it comes out
on legal paper, even though letter paper is available and the report is
defined as letter.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a way to maintain printer independence but get the report to print
on the right paper?
Thanks for your help.
