Letter Assigner equivalent for XP

I am trying to migrate to Windows XP from 98 SE. I have discovered that
Letter Assigner does not work on XP Home. Is there an equivalent
program that will work with XP? (Letter Assigner is a program that
allows one to control the letters drives are given. I use it so that
when I add or remove a secondary drive with a primary partition, my
drive letters do not change.) Thank you in advance for all replies.

Windows NT4/2000/XP Disk Manager does this. Windows NT4/2000/XP doesn't
assign drive letters the same way Win9x does.
