Lengthen Time-Out in IE7

I'm sure there's a much better place to ask this, but since I love this
community and IE7 is like _the_ browser for Vista:

"What registry key can I edit to make it so IE tries longer to load a page
before it just gives up and times out?"

requiring a sign-in
