Legal Size not holding

I'm having a problem with setting up Access 97 reports for legal sized
paper. I setup the report for legal sized paper. I'm able to preview
and print the report fine from my PC. However, as soon as another
user tries to run the same report it defaults to Letter size. Does
anyone have any ideas?

Derrick,
You're using Access 97. How about the other user?

If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

Is everyone on the network using the same default printer with legal page
size for the database?
