Legal paper size setting not saved - Access 2002

This was not a problem for me, but in distributing the app, the report
always prints in letter size. Repairing Office XP fixed the problem. Is
there any documentation as to what may have caused this so I know how to
work around it in the future?
 
If the target computer's printer does not support the paper size you
specified (such as 10 x 14), the report will probably default to letter.

Name AutoCorrect can also cause the problem, as described in this article:

Make sure the target computers have installed the Service Pack 2 for Office
XP as you (presumably) have.
