HELP
My left mouse button brings up the context menu that the right button is
supposed too, the right button does nothing.
This just started, there were no software changes, no hardware changes and
no new updates.
the mouse is:
Logitech USB Optical Wheel Mouse M-B T96a
My System:
E-Machine T6412
AMD 2188MHz
512MB RAM
XP Home Edition SP2
I have checked device manager and there are 3 USB Root Hubs each with 500mA
available.
Hub 1 has:
USB Mass Storage Device 100mA --- (I can't find any Mass Storage
Devices on my system)
3 port(s) available 0mA
Hub 2 has:
HID-compliant Wheel Mouse 98mA
3 port(s) available 0mA
Hub 3:
8 port(s) available 0mA
I'm at my wits end here. I have reinstalled XP 3 times,I have changed
ports, downloaded the latest drivers and tried the mouse on another computer
(it works fine). I have run the latest Anti-Virus programs (McAfee, Norton,
and StopSign).
Iran AdAware and there were no spyware programs or cookies.
There has to be an answer.
Please someone help me!
