Suddenly I am haveing a problem with printed emails. The left edge of the
email is missing. There is very little white-space on the left edge of the
paper so I know this is as a result of the printers border capabilities.

I do not know where to look as this is the same computer, printer, driver,
etc. as I have been using for several years. I am not aware of any settings
changes.

Any ideas?

Open the print properties and fix the margin settings.

thats prob one of the crappiest responses i've seen. to me that is
only a temp fix, what causes this?? my user was fine up until last
week and i'm still trying to figure out what caused the left margin
problem (btw, this was the first thing i tried and the margins were
set fine be defualt (.50 for all of them).

if i find a solution, i will post it here since there are a ton of
people w/this problem but no one has posted an actual fix for it.

peace

fixed!!!

problem is that IE's margins were set to a non .50 setting (user had .
236 for both left and right margins in IE but .50 for margins in
Outlook 2003).

we changed IE's margin's to .50 and printed the email again, voila!
fixed!!

So, not an Outlook issue at all.
