Leaving my mail on the server

Anybody know how to leave email on the server after downloading it. I want to
be able to read my email on my laptop, but eventually store it on my desktop.

EDIT|MAIL & NEWSGROUP ACCOUNT SETTINGS|SERVER SETTINGS (for the POP3
account)...

Check the appropriate box.

Oops, wrong mail program. In Vista (Windows) Mail...

TOOLS|ACCOUNTS

Select the POP 3 account and click PROPERTIES...

Click the ADVANCED tab and check the appropriate box
