leaving messages on the server

Dear All,
I use vista mail as a secondary e-mail programme.
How to I set it to leave the message on the POP3 server and not delete it
fom the server when I delete the message in vista mail?
This owuld leave my prmary network computer free to collect the mail.
Please advise.

If both computers are using the same e-mail address, on both machines:

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of
messages on the server.

On one machine only, check to Delete messages after X days to assure the
server does not get clogged up.

I got windows 7 today and can not install it. I did a back up from my Vista.
What or How do I install windows 7 now? I am a beginner for the computer so
please leave me step by step ob how to install windows 7. My email is
(e-mail address removed),
