Leaving emails on server?

Since I set up my Windows Email, my emails do not show up on my Comcast email
anymore. I still want them to show up on my Comcast email acct. Where do I
change the settings on my Windows Mail so that this will happen?

You could try the Leave Messages on Server Option.

Tools > Accounts > your account > Properties > Advanced...
 
Navigate to tools-->accounts-->select your account-->click properties-->click
Advanced tab and under delivery click on Leave a copy of messages on server..
