Leave messages on servier for Hotmail on outlook 2007

There is no option to leave messages on the server when retrieved using
outlook 2007. I have a blackberry that cannot get messages becuase of this.
Is there a way to configure this?

Outlook mail connector

When using the Outlook Connector, messages always remain on the server unless
you explicitly move them to a local PST.
