PPT 2007.
How can I leave last slide showing. I have scrolled through the messages and
found an answer but cannot find "slide transitions". I have unchechecked the
black slide option. Have tried to do this myself for over an hour but I now
need HELP.

Hi Maureen - try this

Select the last slide
Animations tab
Untick both "on mouse click" and "auto after" in the "Advance slide" section

You will need to press esc to end the show or add an action button. Hope I
understood your problem correctly

Maureen,
With the last slide selected, go to the animations tab on the ribbon, in the
transition to this slide group, uncheck 'on mouse click' so that the
transition will not occur. If you have animations on that slide they should
be formatted after of with previous. Possibly also uncheck the automatically
after option if you have applied and automatic transition time to the slides
and do not want the last one to transition.
You could also duplicate the last slide, and remove the animation and the on
mouse click option on that slide.

Thank you so much John and Luc. I had two different shows so I attempted
both of your suggestions. Both worked absolutely fine. I would never of
thought to go to the animations tab on the ribbon. Pleased now :-))
