Least privileged user accounts

Hello,

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional as a least privileged
user, but I can still disable / enable the Security
Agents, and shut down the entire application for
AntiSpyware v1.0.614.

Wouldn't it be best if least privileged users couldn't
make these types of changes, only Administrators.

Expect to see this change possibly in Beta 2, its not really a multiple user
application in the beta 1 release.
