Learning Windows XP

I purchased my Dell Computer 5 weeks ago. I had to do a system re-install 3.5 weeks ago and everything works fine. However I have lost my Learning XP from my system. I have phoned those nice people in India and the final answer is that my install discs do not have the Learning program. Iam totally angry because I don't think it is fair to loose this after 10 days. there must be some way to get this back. Iam not giving up until this resolved. Dennis . You are going to have to contact Dell again.
Learning Windows XP is not a part of Windows, it is something Dell
provided.
If you do not get satisfaction when you call back, ask for a
supervisor.
I have heard (rumor only) that if you call during working hours
Central time, you stand a better chance of getting a US call center.
