I am not new to computers. My first computer was an Apple 2 gs and then an
epson dos based computer. I use excel word frontpage and lots of other things.

I never did database work and need to understand database principles and
then dive into Access.

Any suggestions what to read to first understand relational databases and
such then how to get started with Access for a total newbie with data bases.
many fo the books I have seen doesn't start with the very basics, I feel

I want to experiment making an electronic medical record with Access
