Learn more about this program link opens to blank screen

When I select a start up program and click the learn more
information about this program button, the window opens
but there are no details. This the same for all my start
up programs. Is this a bug or is there just no information
about the programs?
 
We do not fill that information in this version. Look for more information
as we move through the beta.
