The site probably broke the NDA. Most reviewers probably have the cards to
test. (After all, ATi is promising wide availability at launch, to match
nVidia's 7800.)

Read it, they weren't under NDA.

Yeah, just did. Interesting article, though the fact they only got the
results "by proxy" limits the truthworthiness of the results, assuming the
whole thing isn't all bullshit, which it may be, according to Guru3D:

It's also interesting that leaked X1800-compatible drivers hasn't showed up
anywhere. Maybe ATi earmarked each driver set it sent out to reviewers and
board partners, so the leak source could always be identified.

Read about the 'real' deal on Rage3d and DriverHeaven.

Basically it looks like hardwareanalysis has shot their credibility to
hell. On DriverHeaven there's suggestions that this is direct
retaliation for Sander being excluded from ATI distribution lists for
events.

The real 520 benchmarks will be out in a few weeks, and shouldn't be
considered until Rage3d, Tom's Hardware, HardOCP, and DriverHeaven have
all had a fair chance to evaluate.

Yeah, started reading those forums (plus the Beyond3D one) on Sunday.
Stopped after the first two pages. The discussions are going nowhere. When
the NDA expires, we'll see if Sander is telling the truth, or is another
extremist along the lines of Van Smith.
