lDeleting multiple emails

Is there a quick way to empty the emails from inbox. Uses was sick. Now
there are over 4000 emails to delete. Is there a way to delete all of them
without doing it one at a time or holding down control to do some. Thanks

ctrl+a marks all of them if one of them is marked, the delete

Well, you've got to do something to delete them. Yes... You can highlight
(select) them all by Ctrl-A and then right click on them and select 'Delete'
down in the options list and they are all gone...to the 'Deleted Items'
folder. Then you right click that folder and select 'Empty Deleted Items
Folder'...confirm it and you are all set.
