Help!
Inside my database I have linked tables. Everything was working until I
updated windows and office from the web.
Now I can't any of linked tables, queries, forms, reports,... nothing.
Every time when I try to open some of the tables Access just shuts down and
there is an ldb file which was never here before.
Is there any way to turn this off? Or something else that I can do, because
I need to have access to data in those linked tables.

Please help!

The .ldb file was ALWAYS there -- that's how Access knows who's using the
..mdb file.

One approach might be to create a new empty Access database, then import all
the objects from your questionable database(s). Be sure to do a backup
first.

You might also try using Compact and Repair on the one that isn't working.
Be sure to do a backup first!!
