An Access 2002 database application often does not delete
the .ldb file when a user exits. The users have delete
rights in the folder with the database and .ldb files.
Anyone have any ideas?

- Do all database files encounter this like Northwind? If not, then you are
looking at the database container < corruption > import objects into a new
file
If ALL database files encounter this problem then it's related to the file
server machine that the database file resides on

- Test database file in another folder right off the c:\root directory
If it works then it's possible some rights from parent directory are
propagating to the child folder

Just some ideas...

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
