Looking for some help with my quagmire...

Re: LDAP message window.

I wasn't much of an Outlook user until recently, but since it's required to
use at work I thought I'd use it at home in an effort to become more
familiar with the program. When I launch Outlook at home, I get this
nagging window - LDAP Directory - Connection details. Server Name: NULL,
Port: 3268, User Name: NULL, Password: (blank).

To get Outlook to load, I have to either click "OK" or "Cancel" in this
window. Either works. I'm not sure why this LDAP warning or info window is
popping up prior to Outlook executing, but it is annoying. Everything seems
to work ok, but... and here's my question, "How do I eliminate the LDAP
popup window". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It appears you've left out a lot of details here.
Outlook would not try to use an LDAP as its address book unless you
expressly told it to. Reset Outlook to use the Outlook Address Book, not an
LDAP.

Which version of Outlook and did you have a previous version installed? Try
a new profile.
