Ldap Bind Time,

Hi

I am looking for an exact definition of the performance
monitor counter "LDAP BIND TIME" ???

I have about 50 DC in production with 1000"s of users on
50 different sites. All my servers are loggind AD perfmon
counters every 15 min, The LDAP BIND time is verry often
showing values of "0". ??? Why is that.

The perfmon definition is "the last (milliseconds) that a
successful Ldap connection took"

Am I to assume there where no Ldap connection in 15 min???
that is not possible on soo many machines with soo many
users.
