Hello,
I am looking for some information about spesifications for PC-LCD monitores.

I have one recorder unit that have VGA-Output connector for PC monitor. The
output is a video signal.

I have been told that the PC-LCD monitor needs to be compatible with 50Hz
signal, but how is this possible to know?

What shall I look for when reading the specifications for different PC-LCD
monitores?

I hope someone have a hint!

You need to obtain the specification sheet for the LCD you are interested in
and make sure that it has an analog VGA connector and that the vertical scan
rate is within the range you require. For example if I look at the
specifications for my ViewSonic VP171b monitor
http://www.viewsonic.com/products/desktopdisplays/lcddisplays/proseries/vp171b/#specs I
see that the fv operates over a range of 50~85Hz which should match your
requirement. Other manufacturers may have different terms for the same
specification but what you are interested in is the vertical scan rate.
