LCD panels

hey just wanted to run this past some folks since I know jack about panel types for LCD screens. trying to decide between the Samsung T190 and Samsung SM932GW (both 19") at the moment thinking I will go for the T190 but no idea about panel types (other than you can get TN, S-IPS and S-PVA) anyone have any idea about what panel types these have - or any other advice generaly about which to go for?

With the recent price drop for monitors I'd be buying a 22" or a 24". Your links to the products should tell you what type of panel they have.
