LCD Monitor rear-mount with speakers

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a 17" monitor which I can built in into my own desk
and it has to have speakers built-in into it. Does anybody know a
producer who does this?

Almost all of them? Seriously, it is not hard to find
monitors with the VESA rear mount and speakers, it would be
harder to find a store that doesn't sell any (except that
now, 17" is becoming less popular since it is barely any
cheaper than 19").
 
No, I mean an lcd monitor you can build into a wall, like the ELO
1537L, but then with speakers

Another search term you could try, is "flat screen tv", as a TV
should have speakers. Then, if you get lucky, it has a VGA input
and a decent resolution.

I've heard the speakers on an LCD monitor and I was disappointed.

The small size of the display limits built-in speakers
to a size that may not be able to provide the quality you want.

Good point! Wall-mounted or in-wall speakers would
definitely sound closer to acceptable.
