I run a large site with monitor and control system. Problem is that the
screen (LG LCD displays)is burned in after a few days of working since the
display must be permanent and also its usually static.
I wonder if anyone solved this problem and how?
(One possible solution could be to slowly moving the display around the
screen center).

Thanks

I've never seen burn-in on an LCD display and am not sure what physical
mechanism would make it happen. Is something wrong with the displays? Ask
in sci.electronics.repair .

might check with the lcd manufacturer to see if they have a program of some kind to help.
they will burn in after a time.
I remember when Tech TV was on the air, their logo was burned into their displays.

you could always let it go to a screensaver after say a minute or so to help.
it wakes up FAST.
