the available LCD cable male connector (26 pin D-shap) is not for
normal VGA 15 Pin D-shape connector, and there is no avilability in
the PC market of setup-up connector or AGP card to compatiable for
that LCD cable connector, so I want to make VGA connector, If you
provide the color coding for VGA cable.

It's not possible. Your monitor's interface is digital. VGA is
analogue.
