lblscheduledisplay - anyone else seen this?

When I first downloaded this software, it worked fine.
For some unknown reason it is now asking me to check
settings every time I open the program.

I've looked through the newsgroups and a few others have
experienced the same problem with the settings wizard.
However, none of them seem to have mentioned the Scan
Scheduler page, which may have some bearing on the
program bugs.

On this page, under Scheduled Scan Times, the
phrase "Current Schedule Scan Runs At: lblscheduledisplay"

Changing the scan schedule time has no effect and doesn't
save. I've uninstalled and re-installed several times
with no change. Any views on this issue?

Seems be a new usual bug that affects the already buggy Scan Scheduler.
